Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and services.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure specifications are met.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and address any issues arising during the procurement process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data management.
