- Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Generate procurement reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within manufacturing industry
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with proven track record of cost savings
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and market research
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Indonesian supply chain regulations and import/export procedures
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
