Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete purchasing cycle from PR approval to PO archiving and invoice verification
- Conduct supplier research, evaluation, and performance monitoring
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with operational needs
- Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and digital records
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulations
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless delivery coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in purchasing/procurement role (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Understanding of Indonesian manufacturing/logistics sector preferred
