Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure raw materials, equipment, and services from qualified vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing options
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts/terms
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize purchasing schedules to prevent shortages
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams for aligned operations
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
