Tanggung Jawab
- Procure raw materials, goods, and services necessary for daily business operations and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their reliability and quality.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable business terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and track their status to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and prepare regular reports on purchasing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procurement regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English proficiency is required.
