Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed lists of purchases for plant goods and services required for specific projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and select new vendors for raw materials and services.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to accurately forecast purchasing needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and supplier communications.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting in Jakarta Barat.
