Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle for goods and services across hotel departments
- Screen, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality
- Prepare and issue purchase orders while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to prevent operational disruptions
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven results
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and best practices
