Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery reliability
- Prepare and negotiate purchase orders with favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure service continuity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
