Alpen Food Industry is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing reliable suppliers for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM). You will ensure the stability of our supply chain by managing quality issues, approvals, and coordinating cross-functionally with production and warehouse teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and competitiveness.
- Manage supplier quality control processes, including approvals and the resolution of quality issues.
- Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and follow up on delivery status to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and maintain strong, professional relationships.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing Raw Materials and Packaging Materials within the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
