- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for textile materials and production supplies
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet production schedules
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production departments to prevent shortages
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Collaborate with quality control to verify supplier materials meet specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the textile industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
