Tanggung Jawab
- Manage procurement processes for raw materials and components to support production schedules
- Analyze market trends and negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize costs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure supplier compliance with standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare purchase orders and manage documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within manufacturing sector
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
