Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily purchasing activities to meet production and operational requirements.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers to secure the best value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Review and audit purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site visits.
