- Lead and manage the purchasing department's daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to maintain optimal stock
- Evaluate supplier performance and establish long-term partnerships with key vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement regulations
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, reporting on cost-saving initiatives
- Mentor and develop purchasing staff through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of cost reduction and supply chain optimization
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in vendor contract management
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain best practices
