Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily procurement activities to ensure smooth production flow.
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials and essential equipment.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular supplier performance audits and manage long-term supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends and material costs to recommend strategic purchasing decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
