Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing vendors to price negotiation and purchase order issuance.
- Develop and maintain production schedules (PPIC) based on sales forecasts and material availability to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution, while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with ERP system records to minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, delivery time, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the production department to optimize material usage and reduce waste.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on procurement activity, inventory levels, and production efficiency.
- Ensure all logistics and warehouse activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Purchasing, Warehouse Management, or PPIC within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to forecast demand and manage complex inventory cycles.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang and work according to manufacturing schedules.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards is a significant advantage.
