Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct routine quality assurance audits on clerical documents and administrative records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the management of patient or client data, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for department staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Prepare and format reports using Microsoft Office Suite, highlighting key metrics and compliance issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal staff regarding documentation procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy standards is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
