Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews of medical records, clinical notes, and Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT) and relevant healthcare regulations.
- Analyze discrepancies in documentation and provide constructive feedback to the medical review team.
- Maintain accurate records of audit findings, trends, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with medical reviewers and client stakeholders to resolve complex clinical queries.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and internal processes.
- Monitor performance against quality benchmarks to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant medical qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, Medical Doctor, or Licensed Social Worker).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical concepts.
- Experience in medical coding, claims review, or Independent Medical Evaluation is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and job management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
