Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute routine calibration plans for all measuring instruments, gauges, and laboratory/production equipment.
- Perform precise calibration and validation of processes to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date calibration records and logs in compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot measurement instruments to identify defects, malfunctions, or drift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all calibration activities meet regulatory requirements and company quality objectives.
- Assist in the procurement and qualification of new calibration tools and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Degree (D3/S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA, calibration, or quality control within the manufacturing or laboratory sector.
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, calibration techniques, and quality management systems.
- Proficient in using calibration software, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for site mobility.
