Join Formosa Bag Indonesia as a QA Certified Factory Auditor Leader and drive excellence in quality assurance across our manufacturing operations. This pivotal role requires you to lead factory audits, ensuring compliance with international quality standards while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, develop corrective action plans, and maintain rigorous documentation systems. The position demands strong leadership capabilities to mentor junior auditors and foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive factory audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute audit plans, schedules, and risk assessment frameworks
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Train and mentor junior auditors on audit methodologies and quality systems
- Coordinate corrective action plans and track implementation progress
- Stay current with industry best practices and evolving quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve non-conformities and prevent recurrence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Factory Auditor (CFA)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with ability to analyze complex processes
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) preferred
