Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) systems and procedures in accordance with industry standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO).
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and Halal requirements.
- Manage and oversee the Halal certification process, including documentation, application, and liaison with Halal certification bodies.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on quality control, food safety, and Halal awareness to foster a culture of compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on QA performance, Halal compliance status, and audit findings for management review.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality and Halal standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Halal compliance within the manufacturing, preferably food & beverage, sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) and food safety regulations.
- Proven experience in managing Halal certification processes and understanding of Malaysian Halal standards (MS1500:2019).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
- Possession of relevant certifications in Halal Internal Auditing or Food Safety is an advantage.
