Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve code quality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Continuously optimize QA processes and testing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with performance and security testing basics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
