- Lead and drive investigations into customer complaints with actionable corrective actions
- Manage and execute multiple QA projects simultaneously
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues
- Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/testing roles
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual/automated)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python) or scripting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified QA Engineer (ISTQB) preferred
