Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Automate testing processes to increase efficiency and coverage
- Perform manual and automated testing for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in code reviews and provide quality feedback
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Communicate testing results and progress to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
