Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of fresh and frozen products to ensure they meet company standards
- Monitor and maintain proper storage temperatures for perishable goods
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage and resolve bad stock issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and findings
- Prepare daily quality reports and submit to management for review
- Implement and follow food safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in food safety or quality control is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in retail or food industry
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and temperature control
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
