Are you a tech-savvy student or recent graduate passionate about software quality and digital health innovation? PT Epic Medical Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to join our dynamic engineering team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and user experience of our healthcare mobile and web applications.
As a QA Intern, you won't just be finding bugs—you will be an essential advocate for the end-user. You will work closely with developers and product managers to understand complex requirements, design test scenarios, and contribute to the overall quality culture of our medical technology solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while building a professional foundation in software testing methodologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing for mobile and web applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs using project management tools like Jira.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve identified issues and improve software stability.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide insights on quality standards.
- Verify bug fixes and perform smoke testing for new feature releases.
- Support the team in gathering requirements to ensure testability from the early stages of development.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Basic knowledge of manual testing methodologies for both web browsers and mobile platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a significant plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta Utara.
