Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA teams through test planning, execution, and defect management
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the SDLC
- Establish KPIs for quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party testing services
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical defects and implement preventive measures
- Stay updated with emerging QA technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Certifications in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodologies preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
