Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze operational, research, production, and service activities to ensure strict compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal quality audits and inspections to identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to maintain high-quality standards during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate records of quality metrics, inspection results, and compliance reports for management review.
- Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and compliant with local regulations and industry standards.
- Train staff on quality protocols and promote a culture of quality assurance across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret quality metrics to drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various departments.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment in Lampung Selatan.
