Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products.
- Document quality findings, identify deviations, and report issues to the Quality Manager.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze root causes of quality issues to suggest long-term process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and test results.
- Assist in the development and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMK/D3) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
