Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA or production coordination
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (ISO, GMP, HACCP)
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across production and quality teams
