Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved plans, technical specifications, and building codes.
- Monitor and document quality control processes for all structural, architectural, and civil works.
- Oversee material testing and ensure that all materials used meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action logs.
- Collaborate with the construction team to resolve technical discrepancies or quality issues on-site.
- Perform pre-concreting and post-concreting checks to ensure structural integrity.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols are strictly followed during construction activities.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to rectify defects and ensure quality output at every project stage.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil Engineer (CE Board Passer required).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC or site engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and structural specifications.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, structural standards, and material testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to provide clear feedback to management and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify potential structural issues before they arise.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on multiple site locations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
