Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in full compliance with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and material testing to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Prepare, review, and manage quality documentation including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, checklists, and NCR reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project engineers to address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor all testing and commissioning activities, ensuring proper documentation and sign-offs are completed.
- Track and report quality performance metrics, providing weekly and monthly summaries to the Project Manager and QA/QC Head.
- Review subcontractor quality submittals, material approvals, and as-built drawings for completeness and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Licensed Engineer (Civil, Mech, or Electrical) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001), building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation software.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willing to be assigned in Palawan. Applicants must be ready for site-based work.
