As our QA/QC Engineer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of project inspections, audit construction workflows, and ensure that every material and process aligns with project specifications. You will serve as the bridge between design intent and site reality, providing actionable insights that drive project efficiency and mitigate risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and local construction codes.
- Prepare, document, and maintain comprehensive quality inspection reports and non-conformance logs.
- Monitor testing of construction materials to verify alignment with project technical specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site engineers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Lead pre-installation meetings to establish quality expectations and performance standards.
- Oversee the documentation of commissioning and turnover processes to ensure successful project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality management standards and local building codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure construction site environment.
