Join our dynamic project management team as a QA/QC Engineer for an exciting hotel refurbishment project serving an international hospitality chain. We're seeking a meticulous professional to ensure construction excellence and compliance with industry standards. As a key member of our project team, you'll implement rigorous quality management systems, conduct comprehensive site inspections, and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the refurbishment lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality inspections and material testing to verify compliance with project specifications and international standards
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations and coordinate resolution with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Coordinate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks and performance metrics
- Review contractor submittals for technical compliance and quality assurance requirements
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular quality status updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or hotel renovation projects
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and industry standards (ISO 9001, JKR guidelines)
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., CQIA, CQE) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Familiarity with construction materials, testing procedures, and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment with tight deadlines
