We are currently seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team and oversee the quality assurance and control processes for our portfolio of high-rise buildings.
As a QA/QC Engineer at Jedaux, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for structural integrity and safety. You will be tasked with ensuring that every phase of construction—from foundation to finishing—meets rigorous engineering standards and local building codes. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, reduce rework, and ensure the longevity of our structures.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction activities to ensure strict adherence to engineering plans, specifications, and design standards.
- Verify the quality, quantity, and material composition of supplies delivered to the project site prior to installation.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, identify non-conformities, and recommend effective corrective actions to project managers.
- Ensure all construction processes comply with relevant Philippine National Standards (PNS), local building regulations, and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, architects, and laborers to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test certificates, material test results, and quality control logs.
- Conduct training sessions for site personnel on quality assurance best practices and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably within the high-rise construction industry.
- Familiarity with local building codes (e.g., NCC, NCRBC) and construction safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify defects, assess risks, and propose practical engineering solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and team coordination.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license for Civil Engineers is highly preferred.
