Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate inspection schedules and work readiness with Owner's PIC and subcontractors
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits and material verification
- Document and report non-conformances with corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Facilitate quality improvement initiatives across project phases
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and inspection records
- Liaise between technical teams to resolve quality-related conflicts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
- 3+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and standards
- Advanced skills in inspection techniques and testing methodologies
- Certification in quality control (e.g., CQA) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient with quality documentation software
