Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and audits at construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, test plans, and inspection protocols for various construction phases
- Monitor material quality and verify compliance with technical specifications through laboratory testing and field verification
- Prepare detailed quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental sustainability standards
- Stay updated with latest quality assurance methodologies and Indonesian construction regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with quality standards (ISO 9001, SNI) and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret technical drawings
- Certification in Quality Management (CQA, CQE) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with quality control software and documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently in diverse project locations across Indonesia
