Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the QAQC team to ensure all construction activities meet quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify compliance issues
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor adherence to company quality policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related concerns
- Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
- Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities
