- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and material testing to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control documentation including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve quality discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Perform risk assessments and quality audits throughout project lifecycle to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality policies
- Prepare detailed quality assurance reports for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Train site personnel on quality standards and best practices in construction methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry
- Proficiency with quality testing equipment and methodologies (e.g., slump tests, concrete strength tests)
- Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, ASTM) and local building codes
- Certification in Quality Control or Construction Safety (e.g., CQA, OSHA) preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret technical data and specifications
