China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Kapar, Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain the project quality management system in compliance with ISO standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
- Monitor and document all quality control testing, including materials testing and concrete slump tests.
- Identify and report non-conformances, and facilitate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure quality compliance at every stage of the project.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and daily quality reports.
- Participate in project handover activities and ensure all quality documentation is finalized for project closeout.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on-site and handle high-pressure environments effectively.
