Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality control and quality assurance inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance.
- Monitor construction activities to verify they align with engineering drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality logs.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to Japanese construction standards (JASSO/JIS) and safety protocols on site.
- Perform material testing and verification to ensure materials meet industry and project requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to enforce quality standards during the installation phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant work experience in industrial building construction and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with Japanese construction standards and methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to the demands of construction projects.
