Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the implementation and execution of the Project Quality Assurance Plan.
- Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure site compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and document non-conformance reports (NCR) with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to verify material quality and workmanship.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and records for project audits.
- Perform structural checks and verify site installations against approved engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to resolve quality-related issues during the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building standards, codes of practice, and BCA regulations.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural and structural blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various project stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
