Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant construction codes and standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
- Monitor and verify the quality of incoming materials, workmanship, and completed works through various testing methods and visual inspections.
- Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action requests (CARs) and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients on all quality-related matters.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all quality activities, test results, and inspection records.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a QA/QC role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, local building codes).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents accurately.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in generating detailed reports and maintaining meticulous records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance/Control are a significant advantage.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
