In this role, you will be the guardian of our quality standards, ensuring our production processes align strictly with ISO 9001:2015 frameworks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards across all production departments.
- Oversee the Control of Documented Information, ensuring all records are accurate, updated, and accessible.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage and maintain the systematic retention of quality records and production documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow processes and quality protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports for management review to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor production output to ensure it meets established quality benchmarks and specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field).
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer or Quality Specialist in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
