Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct internal and official inspections of mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
- Verify that all scopes of work strictly adhere to quality standards and client specifications.
- Perform material testing and quality assurance checks on piping systems and related components.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and progress reviews to maintain project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems installation and standards.
- Familiarity with relevant local building codes (e.g., NCCP, PEC) and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality management software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear, technical inspection reports.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license for Mechanical or Civil Engineering is an advantage.
