Doza Group Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Cebu. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems are installed to the highest industry standards. You will be the primary advocate for quality, overseeing site inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring project compliance from inception to turnover.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a deep understanding of MEPF technical specifications, capable of bridging the gap between design plans and on-site execution. You will work closely with subcontractors, site engineers, and project managers to mitigate risks, identify non-conformities, and guarantee that Doza Group Inc continues to deliver exceptional infrastructure projects within Central Visayas.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous inspections and quality audits on all MEPF installations to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to monitor work progress and resolve technical issues during the installation phase.
- Conduct material testing and ensure that all equipment installed meets project quality standards and safety certifications.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, daily logs, and non-conformance reports (NCR) for project management review.
- Verify that installation methods align with building codes and local regulatory requirements.
- Participate in site meetings to provide technical feedback and status updates on quality milestones.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems prior to final project turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid PRC License (Professional Regulation Commission) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, building codes, and local construction standards.
- Proven ability to interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage professional relationships with subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/documentation software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
