In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across all our construction projects, maintaining strict ISO compliance, and managing critical project documentation.
As a QA/QC Executive, you will act as the guardian of quality, conducting thorough inspections, leading audits, and implementing corrective actions to enhance our operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and regulatory requirements across all projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify potential defects or non-compliance issues.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including inspection reports and records.
- Prepare detailed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate with site teams to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor material quality and ensure all supplies meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Participate in internal and external quality management system reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
- Proficient in using inspection tools, measurement devices, and quality management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
