Join Hirose as a QA/QC Manager and lead our commitment to excellence in construction quality. You'll oversee comprehensive quality assurance and control processes for fabrication, welding, and complex project works, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and industry standards. This pivotal role involves developing robust quality protocols, conducting rigorous inspections, and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance. As a key leader, you'll collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality challenges, mentor QA/QC personnel, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end QA/QC processes for fabrication, welding, and construction projects
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams, providing guidance on quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor supplier quality and verify incoming materials and components
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and maintain compliance records
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective/preventive actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction or fabrication industry
- Strong knowledge of welding standards, NDT methods, and fabrication processes
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
- Proven experience managing QA/QC teams and projects
- Expertise in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and safety standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
