Are you a detail-oriented construction professional with a passion for excellence? Millennium Erectors Corporation is looking for a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for our ongoing construction projects in Paete, Laguna.
As our QA/QC Manager, you will serve as the primary authority on site, ensuring that all structural outputs adhere to the highest international and local construction standards. You will lead the development of comprehensive quality plans, spearhead rigorous testing procedures, and champion a culture of safety and precision across all project phases. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical specifications while maintaining strong communication with project managers and subcontractors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
- Manage all testing requirements and coordinate with third-party laboratories for material validation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including non-conformance reports, inspection checklists, and final quality reports.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and materials to ensure they meet project standards.
- Oversee the resolution of quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for project audits and client handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction or steel erection industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and standard project documentation tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to management and stakeholders.
