Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures for construction projects
- Conduct site inspections, material testing, and compliance audits
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Manage quality documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
- Ensure adherence to ISO, ASTM, and local building codes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience in construction
- Certification in Quality Management (CQA, CQM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and software
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
