This is a site-based role supporting a high-profile infrastructure project, offering the opportunity to work with an established M&E contractor committed to excellence and safety.

You will lead the implementation of rigorous quality systems, ensure compliance with international and local regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across all M&E installation activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with client specifications and ISO standards.
- Oversee all site-based QA/QC activities for M&E installations, ensuring work meets project requirements and regulatory codes.
- Manage the inspection and testing plan (ITP), conducting regular site audits and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances efficiently.
- Lead the preparation and submission of technical documentation, method statements, and final handover reports.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Supervise a team of quality inspectors and coordinate with the project management team to minimize rework and improve site efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry, specifically focusing on M&E infrastructure projects.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and Singapore construction regulations (BCA/LTA standards).
- Proven track record in managing quality documentation and site-based inspection processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence site teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
